ClineSummary
This release introduces web search capabilities for supported models, allowing them to search the web during tasks. Several bugs have been fixed, including issues with daemon shutdowns, Hub replacements, and plugin sandbox processes. The model catalog has also been updated with a new provider and refreshed model lists.
New Features
- Enabled web search for supported models during tasks, with a toggle in Feature Settings. Search queries and results are now visible in the conversation and persist across reloads.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where two Cline installations on different builds could cause a loop of daemon shutdowns, resulting in abnormal socket closes and killed live sessions. Build identity comparison has been improved to prevent this.
- Resolved an issue where a Hub serving sessions was incorrectly replaced mid-handshake; it will now only be swapped once it becomes idle.
- Fixed an issue where idle plugin sandbox processes were not reclaimed and remained running for the entire session duration.
Improvements
- Refreshed the model catalog, adding Crusoe as a new provider and updating model lists and default models for all providers.
