Summary
Wrangler now provides enhanced visual feedback for Email Routing plan changes and optimizes concurrent zone updates for faster deployments. Dependencies have also been updated.

- Wrangler now highlights additions in green, updates in yellow, and deletions and conflicts in red for easier scanning of Email Routing deployment plans before confirmation.
- Wrangler now limits concurrent zone updates while preserving the Email Routing plan order within each zone, leading to faster deployments for configurations across multiple zones without breaking delete-before-add transitions at a zone's rule limit.
