Summary

This patch release fixes a bug where streaming requests failed for the Anthropic Claude 3 Opus model via the completion endpoint.

Fixed an issue where the `completion` endpoint was incorrectly returning an error when using `streaming=True` with the `anthropic/claude-3-opus-20240229` model.
