This patch introduces improved detection for Cursor agent execution within specific host role configurations.

Cursor agent execution is now detected when `CURSOR_EXTENSION_HOST_ROLE=agent-exec` is set, ensuring tools launched from Cursor report the `cursor-cli` agent even if `CURSOR_AGENT` is absent.
