connect trigger

Introduced a new `connect` trigger for raw socket connections and added support for R2 local S3 credentials. Also includes default dataset naming for local Analytics Engine and removes unsupported configuration from Workflow bindings.

This release introduces raw socket support via the `connect` trigger and adds functionality for deleting Workflow instances. It also removes a deprecated testing option and updates R2 S3 credentials configuration.
