gr.Model3D

This release introduces several workflow enhancements, including forwarding x-ip-token for billing, fixing oauth logic and checkbox visibility, and allowing workflows to be saved directly to a Space. It also includes numerous bug fixes across various components like rendering, chat interfaces, and mobile image handling.

This release fixes a bug where PLY and OBJ files were not rendering correctly in `gr.Model3D`. The fix ensures these file types are now displayed properly.

This release adds the ability to clear ImageEditor values with None, improves ImageEditor cropping, hides audio waveforms when disabled, upgrades hashes to SHA-256, and adds presigned URL support for video and 3D model components.
